What is MaRbLeMoNuMeNtDeSiGn speaking about at NFT.NYC 2026?
MaRbLeMoNuMeNtDeSiGn is speaking at NFT.NYC 2026 in a Session titled "Beyond the Floor Price: Architecting High-Retention Web3 Ecosystems with the R.I.C.H. Method" on the Culture, Art and Music track. We spend a massive amount of energy in Web3 talking about floor prices, bonding curves, and token distribution models. But if we’re honest with ourselves, we rarely talk about the foundational human architecture that determines whether a community actually survives when the speculation clears out.
Every protocol, NFT collection, or DAO isn't just a collection of smart contracts—it is a socio-economic organism. When a project fails, it almost never fails because the code broke; it fails because the social contract collapsed. The incentive design was misaligned with human values.
I want to present a framework built to solve that exact problem: R.I.C.H
The word "RICH" in Web3 has been bastardized into a cheap viral metric. IM HERE to reclaim it. R.I.C.H. isn't about short-term speculative wealth in your wallet. it stands for Respect. Integrity. Community. Honor.
An operational playbook designed to bridge human culture with system mechanics, tying values directly to Recognition and Reward. The session is pitched at a Advanced audience.
